The King's Cross regeneration project is one of the largest urban development initiatives undertaken in London in recent decades. Encompassing 67 acres of formerly industrial and railway land, the redevelopment aims to transform King's Cross into a thriving new urban district in the heart of London. The world famous King's Cross train station has been beautifully restored and now connects Londoners and visitors to European destinations.

Nestled between West Brompton and Earl’s Court in West London lies Lillie Square, a new £1.2 billion regeneration scheme. Covering over 8 acres, the project aims to transform a former exhibition centre and surrounding land into a new residential-led, mixed-use urban quarter.
