Our Investments
King's Cross, London
The King's Cross regeneration project is one of the largest urban development initiatives undertaken in London in recent decades. Encompassing 67 acres of formerly industrial and railway land, the redevelopment aims to transform King's Cross into a thriving new urban district in the heart of London. The world famous King's Cross train station has been beautifully restored and now connects Londoners and visitors to European destinations.
Lillie Square, London
Nestled between West Brompton and Earl’s Court in West London lies Lillie Square, a new £1.2 billion regeneration scheme. Covering over 8 acres, the project aims to transform a former exhibition centre and surrounding land into a new residential-led, mixed-use urban quarter. At the heart of Lillie Square will be over 800 private and affordable homes centred around more than an acre of open space, including gardens, courtyards and a new public square.
Paya Lebar Square, Singapore
Paya Lebar Square comprises three grade-A office towers with over one million square feet of premium office space, a standalone retail mall housing over 200 outlets, a hotel, and abundance of dining, lifestyle and entertainment options. Strategically located next to the Paya Lebar MRT interchange station, Paya Lebar Square offers seamless connectivity. The development incorporates lush greenery, spacious walkways and cycling paths, conveniently linking office towers to the retail mall.
